Alister's previous collections have all been an opportunity to tell stories within created fictitious villages. These villages are an amalgamation of inspiring locations used to create the sense of a place.
This collection merited a very different approach, the motivation was not to tell stories, but to depict significant and important places and events throughout Yorkshire that have been a part of my life long memories.
